I am one very happy customer thanks to Crystal. I began a year long treatment to get rid of my deeper hyperpigmentation that was induced by trauma to my skin and could only dream of being in this position this time last year. Crystal worked with me, session by session to help me reach my end goal. I was desperate for a solution after a different laser technician and even a dermatologist said that I likely had to just live with the pigment for years until they faded on their own. I refused to accept that as my reality and when I met Crystal for the first time, she was willing to help me. She has state of the art machines, is incredibly skilled at what she does, and is super prompt with all of her appointments so I never had to wait longer than five minutes to start my treatment. I've known Bella Pelle through goggle search only coz of my pigmentation problem. After i completed my session my pigmentation dramatically reduced and she even give a few free session until I am happy with the result.

My skin journey has been through almost every treatment that is available. I’ve experienced different levels of expertise from various clinics. Crystal has been one who is straight forward with her approach and will diagnose your skin under careful conditions to really understand what your skin needs. I had pigmentation treated, one of the hardest to get rid off and majorly stubborn. Through Crystal she explained, you need to treat it via the roots or else it will come back. You may pay a lower price else where but it most likely will come back resulting in a total waste. Crystal performs three passes, a deeply thorough technique with different machine head attachment to get into the stubborn pigment. This was a 8 month journey for me and totally worth every single minute invested. Clean skin is not a short term thing, it’s a long term investment and need patience and commitment. As a man, I’ve never cared about pigmentations on my face but it was more and more and darker and darker as time goes by…my face looked really bad and old. So one of my friends highly recommended to see Crystal and I did. Starting from the proper consultation with skin analysis made me feel safe and trusted so I decided to go ahead straight away. I had spotty lip pigmentations here and there on my lips and overall dark greyish lips which I really didn’t like. I’ve never thought the spotty pigmentations can be cleared and better colour lips overall. But even one session, the spotty pigmentations are nearly cleared and dark greyish colour was a lot brighter. I was so happy with the results even one session. After that I had 2 more sessions and now, I have my confidence back!!! Really worth it!
I will also try my full face very soon! Already recommended to many of my friends and families.
