Now FDA Approved for Melasma
Built on ConBio’s original Q-Switched laser technology, RevLite™ SI is a new-generation Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser. Its multi-wavelength system provides greater efficacy, comfort, versatility, and maximum power (treat a wide range of indications with 60% more power). It works in all skin types.
A complete treatment solution for all skin types is now possible with RevLite.
The treatment is a non-invasive procedure that uses beam of light as high-energy pulse to disintegrate melanin deposits. The revlite laser is applied to remove any kind of scar or discoloration like acne spots, sun tans, age spots, liver marks, sun freckles or even a tattoo. Further, the laser promotes collagen growth underneath the skin. This results in firmer and younger looking skin.
The MaxG IPL is optimised for clearing vessels, vascular lesions and pigmented lesions, offering superior vessel and pigment clearance that goes beyond single-wavelength lasers.
MaxG offers superior closure of the larger, deeper facial vessels with a unique combination of Dynamic Spectrum ShiftingSM and dual-band filters, which provides more uniform heating across the entire diameter of larger vessels.
With our patented advances in pulsed-light performance, your clients can experience a comfortable, no-downtime treatment on their way to a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
Delivering dual bands of wavelengths to selectively target the absorption peaks of hemoglobin and preferentially heat blood in the presence of melanin, the MaxG offers superior closure of the larger, deeper facial vessels with Dynamic Spectrum Shifting.
The MaxG’s Dynamic Spectrum Shifting increases the concentration of near-infrared light with longer pulse widths to provide more uniform heating across the entire diameter of larger vessels.
In comparison to non-optimized pulsed light, the MaxG handpiece offers:
Comparing a pulsed dye laser vs. MaxG Optimized Light
Modeling of blood vessel coagulation with single pulses of pulsed dye laser (left) and MaxG (right) based on ex vivo data. Coagulation is indicated by red or brown shading. The MaxG is superior to a pulsed dye laser in its ability to coagulate deeper vessels, offering better clearance of deep facial vessels than ever before.
The MaxG handpiece offers superior closure of the larger, deeper facial vessels with Dynamic Spectrum Shifting – which increases the concentration of near-infrared light with longer pulsewidths to provide more uniform heating across the entire diameter of larger vessels.
The MaxG handpiece’s Dynamic Spectrum Shifting increases the concentration of near-infrared light with longer pulsewidths.
In comparison to non-optimized pulsed light, the MaxG handpiece offers:
• Ideal wavelengths for efficient hemoglobin absorption
• Greater peak power to address challenging small vessels
• Higher fluences to address mid-to-large-sized resistant vessels
• Dual filters to minimize unnecessary epidermal exposure and enhance patient comfort
AccuSpectrumSM: Dual bands of wavelengths selectively target the absorption peaks at hemoglobin and preferentially heat blood in the presense of melanin.
Smooth Pulse: Proprietary light delivery system that allows for the usage of greater amounts of light energy while minimizing rise in skin temperature.
There are potential side effects:
-Blistering, pigment changes, redness, swelling, and bruising (more for the vessel treatment)
-It is normal for the area to feel similar to mild sunburn for usually 2-24 hours.
-It is normal to have dark pin-point spots / scabs as well as blotchy redness and minimal swelling following your laser treatment for 24-72 hours.
-The vessels may undergo immediate graying or blenching, or they may exhibit a slight purple or red colour change. The vessels will fully or partially fade in about 10-14 days.
-Avoid direct sun-exposure for 1 week following your treatment. Sun exposure during the treatment course may decrease the efficacy of the treatment and increase side effects. Sunscreen (zinc oxide recommend) advised to help results.
-Avoid heavy moisturizers like Vaseline to minimize acne breakouts after.
-Do not go in a spa/pool/sauna or anywhere that involves chlorine/chemicals or excessive heat for 24 to 48 hours after treatment
-Avoid the gym or excessive exercise for 24 to 48 hours
-Avoid friction and anything that raises body temperature for 24 to 48 hours
-Avoid aggressive scrubbing and use of active products (Vitamin A, Chemical exfoliants) for 3-4 days
-Do not to pick, remove, or pull at any darkened lesions as scarring may occur.
-You may resume normal activity the following day.
-If treated on the face, do not lay flat for the next 24 hours, but try to sleep with 2 pillows.
NO make-up
Please STOP the following cosmetic products 72 hours before treatment:
